As a customer of Love Blooms, we are writing to advise on how we will be handling your data to comply with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
New Data Protection Legislation is coming in to force in the UK on 25th May 2018. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is EU wide legislation, and is currently being enacted into UK law and will become the 2018 Data Protection Act.
Personal data has been defined by the act as ‘any information relating to an identifiable person who can be directly or indirectly identified’.
In accordance with these General Data Protection Regulations we will retain your personal Data (name, address, phone number and email) only for as long as is necessary for the purpose of your business with Love Blooms. We do not retain any of your bank details. Data will kept for a period of two weeks following delivery date in case of query, unless you request otherwise.
We will not pass on any of your information to other organisations.
